Curator

The lineage of feminist art and art made by women must be highlighted in exhibitions in order for our work to be documented and respected and for girls and women in the future to learn of it. This is foundational to my curating—independently and mindfully with my day job.

I work to curate voices of women and other underrepresented and misrepresented creators and to contextualize their work and lives for the most accessible and intersectional understanding as I can to create a deeper understanding and appreciation for their work, perspectives, and experiences.

I have participated in and curated exhibitions since 2002. Much of my curatorial work has been exhibitions under Les Femmes Folles: Celebrating Women in Art.
