With these body prints, I reflect on women lost to history by scripting about them. I erase the text indicating their potential ill fate; my idea, honoring women artists in art, is not new, and it isn’t enough. Their titles include names, with open-ended parentheses indicating hope. I dig deeper into each artist’s history; the process is as important as the result.
