My Feminist Tribute series consists of playful self-portraits exploring womanhood through the lens of the body, honoring the women artists who form my creative lineage. By embedding miniature references to their work in my backgrounds—left raw and unfinished to resist the “polished distance” of traditional high art—I prioritize intimacy and accessibility over pristine presentation. Every gesture and compositional choice is an intentional act of connection.
