I’m so stoked I got accepted into the Proyecto Ace International Artist Residency in May 2023!!
My mentor and friend, Wanda Ewing, participated in this very residency in 2011!! To underwrite her residency, she had a fundraiser selling limited edition prints – and I’m following suit. More info below + to come.

Limited edition prints will available for purchase* as well as some original work to support my artist residency. This is a competitive, international artist residency program.
One of my prints made for this event depicts the very artwork Wanda made for her fundraiser, “Sue” (right, print I bought at her fundraiser).
Another depicts a favorite pin-up of Wanda’s, and a third with feminist artist Betty Tompkins (below, “Men are…” by Betty Tompkins, 2019), feminist figurative artists paving the way for artists like me to create unabashed work around the body. Each includes text about the artists and why I honored them.
This feminist lineage is very important to my work and I’ll dive into more in Buenos Aires. Each sale will help with the residency from the air travel, to lodging, and artist materials. The residency offers the use of the studio, camaraderie with other international artists, critiques with artists and curators, and networking with a public presentation. This is a unique opportunity and I appreciate any help to let her SOAR, and is eager to bring back and share her experience with her friends and community.
